Main puse

Coating and ink crosslinker/curing agent: Amino crosslinker, used for water-based coatings, coil coatings, photoresist, low-temperature curing, to enhance film hardness and chemical resistance.

Textile resin finishing agent: fabric anti wrinkle and non ironing resin raw material, used for anti shrinkage and anti wrinkle treatment of cotton fabrics.

Semiconductor electronic chemicals: photolithography process additives used for etching pattern formation; Crosslinking component of photoresist.

It can be used as an intermediate for further etherification to produce Tetramethoxymethylglycoluril (TMMGU), which is used for powder coatings and photoresist.

A small amount is used as a concrete additive and bactericidal additive.
